At Magicamente Kids, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your items, we offer a straightforward return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached;
• Returns are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects. Please contact us within a reasonable time frame after delivery if you encounter a defect;
• Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for returns; please check the product details before purchase;
• The return of the defective product must be required by the customer within 30 days of the confirmation of delivery to the address.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at sac@magicamentekids.com.br or through WhatsApp Messenger at +55 47 9 9760-0335 to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and details about the manufacturing defect.

• Prepare Your Package: Pack the defective items securely in their original packaging, including any accessories or extras.

• Shipping: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for defective items. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, the shipping cost will be handled by the customer.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to confirm the defect.
• Refunds for defective items will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
